The 'Coffee House' is usually open twice a week : Wednesday & Friday 10.00am - 1.00pm
We are a dog friendly, not-for-profit, community coffee shop run solely by volunteers from the local community.
The sole objective of the Coffee House is to provide a local place for residents to meet and socialise. There is also a takeaway option for people who can't stop and are just passing through.
The Coffee House has been generously supported in 2022 by Bomere Heath & District Parish Council and in 2023 by Severn Trent Water.
We sell a selection of hot and cold beverages, including locally roasted 'Iron & Fire' coffee and light refreshments, such as a range of cakes, biscuits and hot toasted teacakes. Card payments accepted.
The 'Coffee House' is fully reliant on volunteers which may mean on occasion, and sometimes at short notice, we will not be able to open. We are always looking for more people to join our friendly bunch of volunteers. The more volunteers we have the more often the Coffee House can open.
We'd love to hear from you if you are interested in volunteering, even if you only have a few hours to spare once a week or even a month - every little helps! We will give you the necessary training to become a 'Barista' of Bomere Heath.
If the large yellow open sign is outside the Village Hall, we are open for business!
